Harbor Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. was established in 1996 by Dean Prince. After many years in the carpet cleaning industry working for a local franchise, Dean decided it was time to branch out on his own. Our success story begins there. When we established our business our first and foremost goal was to create a "bond" with our clients - we wanted each and every one of them to feel as though they were the "most special people on earth" (as in reality they are!)
So we set out to meet that goal one day at a time, one client at a time. One very important way we accomplish this goal is with client education. It is extremely important that the customer realize the value of their carpeting. We work diligently at giving them the information they need to protect their investment in their floor coverings. Believe it or not, carpeting is the largest financial investment a family makes in their home outside of the cost of the home itself.

Our cleaning units run between $25,000 and $30,000 per unit.
We use only top quality, environmentally friendly cleaning agents as well.
Dean is noted for his honesty and integrity, his attention to detail, and his commitment to doing the absolute best carpet or upholstery cleaning possible for you.

We do not charge by the room (you've seen the coupons "3 rooms for $99.00" etc. (see example below) Due to the fact that room sizes vary tremendously, we have found the most honest way to charge our clients is by the square foot.
If you are so inclined as to "price shop" you will find that ALL reputable carpet cleaners charge by the square foot.
By utilizing this system, regardless of the room sizes, everyone pays the same price.
Dean will do UP TO $120.00 worth of cleaning - in other words if you only have one room to clean, he might possibly clean a front room chair, stairway, or other cleaning to compensate.
