Grout and tile take a beating and over time, the grout starts to turn dark due to grease from kitchen, dust that accumulates over time, foreign objects and dirt we bring in from outside, etc.

There are a few things that we cannot clean, either due to possible fabric damage or discoloration, or are very time consuming and we will hate to raise our price on you.
They are a hit and miss, most times they do come out, or get smaller/less noticeable.
But if they remain after steaming, we can't do much due to possible discoloration of carpet, and I will not risk damaging a carpet.
