Even though all of our rugs are made to order and are manufactured at our facility in Shelby, NC, our turnaround time is usually less than two weeks. Our yarn is special ordered and made to our specifications. The yarn is 100% American made in Dalton, GA. Over the years we have manufactured rugs using nylon, cotton, wool, polyester or acrylic yarn.
We now use a spun polypropylene yarn. This is by far the strongest most colorfast fiber we have ever used. It has the look and feel of wool but is far more durable. Our rugs are reversible, machine washable, and are so durable that they can even be used outside. Unlike other fibers that start out as a natural color and are soaked in dye, this spun polypropylene can even withstand pet "accidents" and not lose any color.
