When you come into National Carpet, you are greeted by an owner of the company who is dedicated with giving you one on one personal service. We treat every customer like a neighbor, not a customer or a number. It was such a pleasure to work with this company as they give you personal service you can't get at the big box stores. I chose to go with John and Gary because they are local guys and I would rather support them than the big box stores.
They are true professionals and did a great job. Very detailed work was needed around all the spindles going up the stairs, and the stringers as well. Couldn't ask for better quality. I was delighted to see a small business located right in my neighborhood that sold and installed carpet. I didn't even bother going to the bigger stores. All in all, an easy experience with professionals.
And I like that I used a local family business without sacrificing quality.
