Shag-Rug-La has been in business since the summer of 1968. Started by Dewey and Arlene Whitehead and their five children, Shag-Rug-La specialized in floor and window coverings. Originally located at the corner of 3500 South and 3700 West, Shag-Rug-La was a trusted name in West Valley City, serving residents and businesses throughout the Salt Lake Valley for 40 years.
