Steve started with Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions as a sales associate in 1987.
He was promoted to store manager in 1988.
In 1991 he was named General Manager.
In 2007 Steve was named Vice President.
Rodney started with Capitol in 1986 as a part time bookkeeper.
In 1987 he then moved into the position of sales associate.
