Raymond and Virginia McLaurin, founding owners of McLaurin Carpets, Inc. in Soso, Mississippi, opened the doors for business in 1976 with Mr. McLaurin being the only salesman and installer. In 1999, when long-time employees, Herschel L. Bragg, Jr. and L. David McLaurin, bought the company, there were a total of 12 employees. Currently, McLaurin Carpets staffs 26 employees - 21 "in-house" installers and 5 office/sales staff.
McLaurin Carpets, Inc. is fully insured and serves both residential and commercial communities. McLaurin Carpets, Inc. is not a multi-purpose or discount store that happens to include flooring. We are a flooring store that specializes in providing our customers with the finest quality flooring materials. Our focus and full attention is on what our customers want and need as it relates to their flooring.
